The goal is to attract and retain Nigerian youths by leveraging their passion for football. Last Team Standing promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, using soccer as a tool to foster unity and personal growth while offering a platform for recognition.
➤ Passion: Use football, the greatest passion of Nigerian youth, to capture and sustain their attention.
➤ Communication: Help foster teamwork among youth. Effective communication in football (verbal, gestures, movement) equips players for decisions on and off the pitch.
➤ Sportsmanship: Encourage discipline, fair play, and respect, shaping the character of youth beyond the game.

➤The show could start with a nationwide or even international scouting process to discover talented football players from diverse backgrounds. Scouts, coaches, and former players could be involved in the selection process, evaluating skills, athleticism, and potential.
➤ Audition: From 588 to 196 participants
➤ Stage 1: 30-day camp
➤ Broadcast: 90 days on-air
➤ Stage 2: 14 days of trials
➤ Stage 3: 30-day camp
➤ Stage 4: Bonding, team formation (14 days)
Final Trials: Individual tasks and team challenges leading to the grand finale
